Turkish Petkim sells some shares
Turkish Petkim Petrokimya Holding will put up for sale some of its shares, Milliyet newspaper reported Feb. 4.
The holding will put up for sale 3.4 percent of its shares, estimated at 34 million Turkish liras.
BCM Global Fund Ltd has already expressed its willingness to buy the shares.
The shares will be put up for sale February 5.
Petkim Petrokimya Holding produces plastic packages, fabric, PVC and detergents. It is the only Turkish producer making such products, a quarter of which the company exports.
SOCAR's stake in Petkim is 61.32 percent.
